Vintage Danish Tall Case Clock- Painted in the
Delft Kakelugn / Kakalugnar Style
*One of a kind* Circa late 1800's
Dimensions: 14" deep, 24" wide, 76"
tall.
This clock has been hand painted to replicate
the Delft Style Kakelugn / Kakalugnar stoves.
This hand crafted clock construction style has
been referred to as a "Lighthouse" clock.
It has been refinished and the internal workings
have been replaced with a quartz mechanism.
It has three chimes, adjustable volume, and sound on/off switch.
This clock is "half round",
i.e., is flat on the back and sits flush with the wall.
It has, on the back, what appears to be original
shipping labels (see photo)

These original clocks are dated
and crafted from the 1700's up. They were purchased and shipped
direct from Sweden. Clock prices start
around $2800, but we will occasionally have some for less. The
more ornate the clock, the higher the price.
Shipping charges range between $350-$600.
This price includes a custom made crate for your clock.
Crating and having your clock picked up usually
takes 2-3 days, and shipping time ranges between 3-7 days depending
upon your location.
NOTE: These clocks are restored and sold
with the aging and use characteristics expected with pieces this
old. The original workings have been replaced.
