TERMS: COMPANY, SALES, SHIPPING, REFUNDS &
CANCELLATION POLICY
BASIC POLICIES:
-Cancellations must be made within
24 hours of the sale/transaction.
-Upon request we will be happy to furnish any information,
including detailed photos etc., that you may desire in order to make
an informed purchase.
- If you
decide to purchase, we request notification that you have received all
the information you desired in order to make an informed purchase, and
that you have reviewed and agree to these "terms of service."
It is essential for both parties to understand and confirm the guidelines
and conditions that govern our relationship. This process ensures transparency,
accountability, and mutual respect, as we work together in our transactions.
-The
original workings of the clocks have been replaced and the faces are
reproductions.
-We try to leave as many original characteristics/features as possible,
i.e., old hinges, nails, locks etc. Some imperfections such as cracks
and other aging charactertics are also intentionally left.
-Due to the logistics involved, returns
are not accepted.
SHIPPING:
-Shipping prices on large and/or crated items can not be accurately
priced until ready for shipment and we have a zip/postal code. We can
give a close "ball park"estimate, excluding possible customs
fees.
- Depending on location, prices can range from $20 for small items,
to $750+ for large crates. For large items, shipping fees quoted will
have the cost of crating/packaging materials added.
-All transportation and possible customs fees are to be paid by purchaser
before the item is shipped. Customer is responsible for all transportation
and/or customs charges incurred.
- The buyer assumes ownership/title of the goods the moment the carrier
takes control of the item being shipped and assumes all cost and risk
of transportation,
-Refunds and cancellations will not be accepted because of the cost
of shipping price or customs fees. Documentation provided upon request.
We have no control over them and do not benefit from them.
-Shipping charges are not refundable.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
-Insurance is unavailable through many
carriers. It is however available through outsourced providers and will
incur an additional fee. The current average cost of insurance
is approximately $45. You can save on shipping by requesting
to drop the insurance, but as stated above, the receiver is responsible
as soon as the shipment leaves our control, insured or not. In some
cases, homeowners insurance will cover the items with proof of purchase.
-For insurance purposes, your shipment should be opened,
inspected, and any damage and/or problems must be reported immediately
or the insurance company may reject the claim.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:
-Some carriers charge customs fees to the receiver upon arrival.
In such a case, we are unaware of what those charges will be.
-We will arrange the cost of customs fees when necessary, and they are
to be paid in advance of shipping, They will be included in the total
shipping fee estimated whenever possible.
-We, the sender, are not responsible for any product(s) delayed, held
or seized by customs or government agents: it is necessary that the
importer/receivers track their shipment and be readily available to
assist in any problems that may arise on cross border transactions.
We are available to help with documentation.
>>>NOTE:
Cross border shipments require personal identification,
i.e., Social Security number or Tax ID.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Our packages and crates are shipped through various domestic & international
shipping agents from our location in Canada. The agents used are dependent
upon the location the shipment is to be delivered. We carefully pack
the items, which are then inspected and approved before closing.
EXPECTED TIME FRAMES:
We attempt to get smaller items out within 1-3 days. For clocks or large
items that must be crated, have shipping fees estimated and customs
paperwork filled out, it will take 4-9 days approx., not including weekends.
FORCE MAJEURE:

resulting from any event, circumstance or condition that is beyond its
reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, storm,

snow or ice, extreme high or low temperatures, governmental emergency
order, plague, epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or

or materials, or change in or in the interpretation of any law or regulation
(each a “Force Majeure Event”)

not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental,
special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective
of whether or not the client/receiver has been advised, or otherwise
might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage, or for
any of the above after it is received by the transport/carrier company.
No Guarantee:
